	Rentals periods are Saturday to Saturday.
	Arrival time is 4:00PM to 6:00PM (perhaps earlier if the house is not occupied the day before your arrival), and departure time is 10:00AM.
	Prices are in US dollars.
	Rental prices include a weekly housecleaning and change of linens and towels for stays of two weeks or more.
	Sorry, but we are unable to accept children less than 10 years of age.
	Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

NOTE: A 10% discount off the above rates is available for occupancy by one couple with no overnight visitors during the stay.

Cancellation. We try to be as flexible as possible in those unfortunate situations where one of our confirmed renters is obliged to cancel a booking. The problem is that we may have turned away other parties who would have taken the same time period but for the confirmed booking. Our policy is therefore as follows:

If notice of cancellation is received in writing 180 days or more before arrival date, 50% of the initial deposit will be returned; if received 179 days or less before arrival, none of the deposit will be refunded. Failure to pay the final balance due by 65 days before arrival may be deemed a cancellation with no refund due. Security deposits are fully refundable.

In the event that we rent the same period to another party, we will return all funds less $200.
